It was built for the needs of the DINA Petrokemija factory, and it was supposed to transport railway wagons. Not long after, the project failed, so the shipyard reaches an agreement with Jadrolinija. Rails are removed and the ferry is adapted for passengers and vehicles.
5/1986Delivered to Javno Poduzece “Jadrolinija” P.O., Rijeka, Yugoslavia.
5/1986Split – Supetar , Split – Stari Grad and Split – Vis routes.
1991Croatian flag.
11/1991Damaged in the attack of the Yugoslav Navy on Split in November 1991. The ferry was shot at, and two crew members were killed: Dinko Maras and Jure Kalpic. Several other crew members were injured.
7/2003Zadar – Brbinj and Zadar – Preko routes.
2010Ploce – Trpanj route.
