  Caronte & Tourist

The ship owner’s challenge of the Caronte S.p.A. and Tourist Ferry Boat S.p.A. begins on June 19, 1965, day in which the Marina di Scilla, one of the Caronte company ships, makes her opening voyage across the Strait of Messina, connecting the ports of Messina and Reggio Calabria as an alternative to the Ferrovie dello Stato (rail service).
